WWU Course Challenge (Language Courses) - Credit by Exam, Prior Learning and Advanced Placement

Last year, there was an interpretation of the Credit by Exam, Prior Learning and Advanced Placement policy that did not meet the letter of the rule. The WWU Advanced Placement provisions under the policy was only being used by the LLC department. The impacts on LLC students who enter at a 300 level could be addressed through a revision to the course challenge policy, as discussed at the October 8 ACC meeting.

A motion was made on October 22, 2024 by Rebekah Paci-Green, and seconded, to approve the proposed revision. The motion passed unanimously.
